Slightly More Work

Around 8 - 10 practices per week.

3 X Circle Training
3 X Weight Training
2 X Spinning
2 X Stabilization Training
5 X Ball Training
+ Testing + Running

What's a poor young man to do?

Things are progressing nicely down here. It's only been one week of actual training but I can already see the ways that this year will be different from all of the others I have experienced so far. My body hurts but not in a bad way, and somehow when you expect the work to be hard, it isn't as bad. Hopefully things will keep progressing in a positive direction...

oh you poor baby!!! haha well maybe i wont be as fit as you guys when i get there looks like your doing some real work.....so what exactley is a spinning session? sounds interesting. Oh and also when is the first game, i tried to find out but hey my german aint that crash hot!

August 20th. Double Feature. But the official start is September 17th or something like that.

Spinning = Riding a stationary bike and sweating more than any human should sweat. There's music too.

When are you getting here?

Im on tour now til the 29th, then home till the 1st and should be in wuppertal on the 2nd.... there sending the plane tickets to me in aus.. so i hope i have them when i get back or it could be interesting! c ya soon
